The vendor states it runs sandboxed in Docker and connects to the user's local terminal, project files and browser through the A0 CLI, and that it is installed through a guided desktop flow using the Agent Zero Launcher. It is model-agnostic: the page invites users to "Connect any AI provider" and states it exposes zero secrets in doing so. Release notes on the capture checked record project-scoped profiles and tool policies in v2.9, and durable subordinate agent lifecycles plus a built-in ACP bridge in v2.10; MCP-powered data pipelines drawing on web and Salesforce sources are also described, and penetration testing is named as a use case. A pull-quote carried on the vendor's homepage, attributed to Alan Majer of The Linux Foundation, calls it "a highly autonomous agent" - that is a third-party characterisation the vendor has chosen to display, not AI Dispatch's assessment and not the vendor's own claim. Nothing on the pages checked publishes a compliance certification, any insurance, indemnity or liability position, any audit-trail or tamper-evident logging claim, or any outcome-linked payment term. Those four dimensions score 0 on the trust-gap rubric as published absences, not as gaps in our research.

gptme is a free, open-source, terminal-based AI agent that runs anywhere a terminal runs, from a laptop to SSH sessions, tmux, headless servers, and CI pipelines. It ships with built-in tools for shell/Python execution, file editing, web browsing, and vision, supports multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or fully local via llama.cpp) with a swappable -m/--model flag, and has built-in MCP support plus multi-agent/concurrent-agent capability. Twilio Agent Connect (TAC) is an SDK for connecting LLM-powered agents to Twilio's communication channels. It is indexed here as "Twilio AI Assistants" after the URL path it is documented at (twilio.com/docs/alpha/ai-assistants, retrieved 2026-08-02, the entity's only source document); the page itself names the product Twilio Agent Connect throughout, and the index name has not been updated to match. Per that page, TAC acts as middleware between the customer's own LLM application and Twilio services - Voice, messaging channels, Conversation Memory and Conversation Orchestrator - distributed as a Python package exposing channel and server modules, so it runs inside the customer's application rather than as a managed runtime. Developers define custom tools, search knowledge bases and configure escalation to human agents, and integrate with AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry, OpenAI or any LLM provider, leaving the model customer-selected and swappable. The only compliance statement on the page is a disclaimer: Twilio states Agent Connect "is not PCI compliant or a HIPAA Eligible Service and should not be used in workflows that are subject to HIPAA or PCI", so healthcare and payment-card settings are explicitly excluded rather than supported.
