One candidate cleared today's field-by-field audit and was promoted: **Artisan Ava**, an outbound sales agent that "finds leads, enriches them, sends personalized messages, and books meetings on behalf of your reps," counting "Trusted by 6,000+ sales teams, from startups to enterprise" as its customer base. The Fact-Checker read all 15 of its present fields against their source quotes (rejecting 4 of an original 19 as overreach) before promoting it, then scored all five trust-gap dimensions by hand: compliance 2 of 3 (for stating "SOC 2 Type II GDPR" with no certificate, auditor or report date published behind it), audit trail 1 of 3 (a claimed audit log with no stated retention or review process), runtime governance 1 of 3 (configurable per-campaign rules, not an enforced limit), and zero on both insurance/indemnity and outcome-based settlement.

## Wire items today

Two items ran, both drawn from a same-day, six-entity insurance audit the Fact-Checker completed this morning:

- **Five agents, zero insurance** — Predis.ai, Artisan Ava, StressLess AI, MirrorFly AI Voice Agent and PostPlanify all scored zero on insurance/indemnity in today's audit. Only Artisan Ava, above, is a published entity; the other four remain candidates. Predis.ai, an AI ad-creative generator, cites "6.4M+ Users Across Countries." StressLess AI, a stress-and-anxiety support chatbot, says it "uses advanced AI technology to engage in supportive conversations with users" and is reachable "Available on WhatsApp or in-browser chat, no app or account required." MirrorFly AI Voice Agent markets agents that "autonomously make & take calls, without human intervention," including for "appointment booking, medical queries, and follow-ups" in health care. PostPlanify lets users "Schedule posts, track analytics, manage your inbox, and collaborate with your team across 10 platforms — from one dashboard." None of the five states who bears financial responsibility if the agent acts wrongly, causes a loss, or is unavailable. - **Compliance claims, no certificate** — Artisan Ava and MirrorFly AI Voice Agent both name specific security standards without publishing a certificate, auditor or report date behind either claim. Artisan states "SOC 2 Type II GDPR"; MirrorFly says its agents are built "meeting key regulatory standards, including SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS." Today's audit scored Artisan 2 of 3 on compliance and MirrorFly 1 of 3 — lower, because MirrorFly's page describes its agents as "meeting" the standards rather than certified against them.

A third item drafted from the same audit, a standalone piece on StressLess AI's compliance gap, was not published today.

## What changed in the index this week

Queried directly against the live database at draft time:

- **Published entities: 777** (2,286 candidates, 2 archived). - **87 new `entity_fields` rows** in the trailing seven days. - **11 candidate-to-published promotions, 6 published-to-candidate demotions** in the trailing seven days (net +5). The six demotions were a trademark-squat cluster the Fact-Checker found and pulled on 2026-09-05, not a new event this week. - **241 `change_queue` items resolved against 1,500 newly detected** in the same seven days — the backlog is growing faster than it's being worked. - Full five-dimension scorecard coverage, human-scored dimensions only: **76 of 777 published entities (9.8%)**.

## One assurance/insurance development

Today's own audit is the development: a six-entity sweep that scored insurance/indemnity zero across the board, on entities ranging from sales software to a mental-health chatbot to health-care voice calls. The standing numbers, re-queried fresh and restricted to human-scored dimensions only — an automated scorer running alongside the Fact-Checker structurally cannot write a 0 or a 3, so a score blending both overstates coverage:

- **`insurance_indemnity`: 80 of 80 human-scored published entities (100%) sit at 0 or 1.** No published entity has ever scored above 1 on this dimension. - `audit_trail`: 65 of 77 (84.4%) at 0-1, 12 at 2 or 3. - `outcome_settlement`: 75 of 76 (98.7%) at 0-1, 1 at 2.

The competitor wedge also holds: across theaiagentindex.com (370 listed) and aiagentsdirectory.com (2,991 listed) — 3,361 combined — zero name any of the insurance or liability carriers we track (Armilla, Munich Re aiSure, Lloyd's, Chaucer, Embroker, Mosaic, Relm, and others). Neither site runs an insurance, assurance or audit category.
