AI Dispatch audit finds no agent among five reviewed discloses insurance or indemnity terms

AI Dispatch's fact-checking review, completed Sept. 6, scored five newly reviewed AI agents zero out of three on the index's insurance-and-indemnity dimension. None names an insurance carrier, states a coverage limit, or offers to indemnify customers for losses tied to the agent's actions, according to the audit.

The five are Predis.ai, an AI marketing agent that generates ad images, video and copy; Artisan's Ava, an outbound sales agent; StressLess AI, a chat-based stress and anxiety support tool; MirrorFly AI Voice Agent, a voice-agent platform marketed for customer service and health care calls; and PostPlanify, a social media scheduling tool.

Predis.ai says it builds ad creative "with our own proprietary AI models and AI agents layered on top" and reports "6.4M+ Users Across Countries." Artisan says its Ava agent "finds leads, enriches them, sends personalized messages, and books meetings on behalf of your reps," and counts "6,000+ sales teams, from startups to enterprise" as customers. StressLess AI says it "uses advanced AI technology to engage in supportive conversations with users" and is reachable "on WhatsApp or in-browser chat, no app or account required." MirrorFly markets agents that "autonomously make & take calls, without human intervention," including in health care for "appointment booking, medical queries, and follow-ups." PostPlanify lets users "Schedule posts, track analytics, manage your inbox, and collaborate with your team across 10 platforms — from one dashboard."

None of the five pages AI Dispatch's fact-checkers reviewed states who bears financial responsibility if the agent acts wrongly, causes a loss or is unavailable. That gap spans companies handling money-adjacent workflows, regulated-adjacent domains such as health care, and consumer mental health support alike.

The finding fits a pattern AI Dispatch's index has tracked since July across the AI agent and vendor market broadly: disclosed insurance and indemnity terms remain rare.
