AI call-QA vendor Voxjar cites 1,400+ business customers and SOC 2 certification, discloses no insurance or audit-trail terms

Voxjar, an AI-powered call quality-assurance platform, says it is "trusted by 1,400+ small and midsize businesses worldwide" and holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation, according to its website. The platform is "powered by OpenAI's Large Language Models" and "integrates with cloud storage providers, FTP servers, and popular telephony platforms," the site states.

On data handling, Voxjar says "we encrypt and protect any data sent to us, and will purge it if you decide not to use Voxjar."

The company's public pages do not disclose whether it carries liability insurance, offers indemnification to customers, or publishes a cap on damages tied to its AI's outputs. Voxjar also does not publish a runtime-governance mechanism, an audit trail, or a dispute-resolution process for contested call assessments -- gaps that fall within the five dimensions AI Dispatch tracks across the AI industry's insurance and assurance stack: runtime governance, audit trail, compliance, outcome settlement and insurance/indemnity.
