AI underwriting tool Vision prices Amazon acquisition reports at $149; discloses no insurance or liability terms for lender use
Zsell.ai markets the tool to lenders and investors underwriting FBA acquisitions and working-capital loans. It does not disclose cover, an audit trail or certification.
Vision, an AI-generated brand-analysis product sold by zsell.ai, is marketed directly to lenders deciding whether to finance Amazon business acquisitions — and discloses no insurance, indemnity or audit-trail terms for a use case explicitly built around financial underwriting.
The company markets the product "for Amazon sellers who want to know how their brand really stacks up, and for the acquirers, brokers, and advisors who need the same answer before a deal," according to its website. A dedicated buyer segment names the lending use case directly: "Lenders & Investors Per-deal underwriting Underwriting an FBA acquisition or extending working capital."
Reports are sold per deal, not by subscription: "$149 per single-marketplace report, +$79 per additional marketplace," the company says, with delivery "in under 10 minutes" through a self-serve Stripe checkout. Vision says it draws only on "public Amazon data, no Seller Central access required" — a structural limit that means the product cannot write to a seller's account, though the company does not publish any separate, configurable control over what the AI itself is authorized to do.
The company says a human always reviews the output before a decision is made: "Every recommendation comes with its reasoning, data sources, and confidence level. You approve final decisions. The human is always the last layer."
What the company does not publish is any information on what happens if that recommendation is wrong. No insurance carrier, coverage limit or customer indemnity appears on the pages reviewed by AI Dispatch — notable for a product marketed to lenders and investors making financing decisions on its output. No certification, audit report or compliance schedule is published, and no record-keeping or reviewability claim beyond the stated reasoning shown per report is disclosed. Payment is a flat per-report fee, collected regardless of whether the underlying analysis proves accurate or the financing decision it informs succeeds.
AI Dispatch found no evidence that zsell.ai has misrepresented Vision's capabilities; the finding here is what a product sold into a lending decision does not say about liability if that decision goes wrong.
