- **Firecrawl** (Web Scraping), a scraping/search API stating it has "served more than 5 billion requests powering deep research agents, RAG pipelines, lead enrichment, and AI workflows across the live web" for "1.25M developers and 150,000+ companies," scored **zero on all five trust-gap dimensions** in today's audit -- no governance, audit trail, compliance, outcome settlement or insurance cover published anywhere on the pages checked. - **AUM** (AI Docs Agents), pitched by name to law firms, hospitals, financial institutions and government/defense buyers, states "Compliance-Ready HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2 aligned architecture." Today's audit scored `compliance` at 1, not higher: "alignment is asserted, not certified -- no certificate, auditor, SOC 2 Type, report date or scope is published." Scored 0 on `insurance_indemnity` and `outcome_settlement`. - **PraisonAI** (AI Agents Frameworks) publishes a "thread-safe JSONL audit log for tool calls" and fail-closed prompt-injection scanning -- real controls, scored 1 on `audit_trail` and 2 on `runtime_governance`, the audit's highest governance score of the five. Still 0 on `insurance_indemnity` and `outcome_settlement`. - **Templafy agent** (Content Creation) publishes "patented rules-based automation to ensure every document follows approved templates, brand guidelines, legal requirements, permissions, and business rules," enough for a `runtime_governance` score of 2. Its compliance evidence is a list of links -- a data processing agreement, sub-processor list, Article 30 ROPA, ICO registration -- none of which were captured or verified, so `compliance` scored 1, not higher. - **Chat4Data** (Web Scraping) pauses "for logins, CAPTCHAs, or verifications" and hands control back to a human -- a handoff at specific obstacles, scored 1 on `runtime_governance`, not the enforced scope or spend limit the top of the rubric requires. Scored 0 on `compliance`, `outcome_settlement` and `insurance_indemnity`.

## Wire items today

Three wire items ran, two overlapping today's promotions and one revisiting an entity published yesterday from a new angle:

- **Firecrawl** and **AUM**, above, each got a full wire item on the five-dimension zero (Firecrawl) and the compliance-washing pattern (AUM). - **Vision**, zsell.ai's Amazon-brand analysis tool, was published yesterday; today's wire item covers a fact not in yesterday's issue -- the product is marketed by name to "Lenders & Investors" for "per-deal underwriting" of FBA acquisitions and working-capital loans, priced at "$149 per single-marketplace report, +$79 per additional marketplace," with no insurance, indemnity, audit trail or compliance disclosure anywhere on the pages checked.

## What changed in the index this week

## One assurance/insurance development

Today's five promotions add five fresh `insurance_indemnity` scores to the published set, and every one of them is a 0. That moves the published-wide count from 60 zeroes and 7 ones, reported yesterday, to **65 at 0 and 7 at 1 -- 72 of 72 scored published entities, 100%, still sitting at 0 or 1 on insurance cover.** No published entity has ever scored above 1 on this dimension. The only scores above 1 anywhere in the table belong to two *candidate* entities -- not yet published, not part of this count.

The pattern holds on the other two dimensions the Friday deep edition tracks, for the record: `audit_trail` sits at 0 or 1 for 406 of 439 scored published entities (92.5%), and `outcome_settlement` for 158 of 194 (81.4%). Insurance remains the dimension with no exception at all.
