DeFi agent KHAN calls its on-chain ledger the "single source of truth," but does not claim it is tamper-evident
KHAN settles trades, payouts and treasury moves as verified Solana transactions and discloses even a losing trade, but its transparency page stops short of claiming the audit-trail properties -- tamper-evidence, hash-chaining, customer review -- this outlet's rubric scores highest.
KHAN, an autonomous trading agent operating on the Solana blockchain, publishes what it calls "the single source of truth for every action" it takes -- a public ledger of trades, payouts and treasury moves, according to its own site.
Each entry on that ledger is presented as "a verified on-chain transaction," covering claims, buys, sells, payouts and governance proposals. That settlement path -- verified blockchain transactions rather than off-chain bookkeeping -- is the kind of mechanism this outlet's trust-gap rubric scores under outcome settlement. But the same page stops short of the stronger claim on the record itself: KHAN describes its ledger as on-chain and verified, not as tamper-evident, hash-chained or customer-reviewable -- the properties this outlet's rubric scores highest on the audit-trail dimension.
The agent describes itself only as "an autonomous AI company," without disclosing how its decisions are made. It holds funds in a "public Solana treasury" rather than with an off-chain custodian, and its stated action set spans claiming income, trading, issuing payouts and submitting governance proposals. One operating rule is disclosed in advance: "Any position reduction is announced publicly BEFORE it happens," the site states.
The dashboard itself is billed as "autonomous AI · Solana · read-only" and requires no account: "This page is a read-only transparency terminal for KHAN." It discloses unflattering results as readily as favorable ones -- a realized $80 loss on a closed liquidity position appears directly on the page -- and showed "active 0 agent(s)" at the time it was captured. Its supporting tooling is published openly; the site states "Open-source tooling lives at github.com/CryptoGnome/khan." The KHAN token trades on the PumpSwap exchange, where the site reports "PumpSwap live" status for its KHAN/SOL pool.
The site is explicit that "no returns are promised on any position," and that anything entered on the page -- keys or inputs -- stays local: "nothing typed or pressed here is ever sent to the company," it states. What the page does not claim, on a product built around a public ledger, is that the ledger itself is tamper-evident.
