Fabrile calls itself "ISO 42001 aligned" and "EU AI Act ready"; neither is a certification, and no audit trail or insurance is disclosed

The customer-support agent names a real standard and a real statute without the certificate, auditor or audit date those claims require.

Fabrile, a customer-support agent that answers from a business's own documents and links each reply back to its source, markets itself as "ISO 42001 aligned" and "EU AI Act ready." Neither term is a certification. An AI Dispatch review found no certificate, auditor, scope or audit date published to support either claim, and scored the vendor at 1 out of 3 on the outlet's compliance dimension — self-declared only.

Fabrile states it "only speaks from the docs, pages, and help articles you give it — not the open internet," a scope restriction the review credited as a genuine, if partial, enforced control, scoring runtime governance at 1 out of 3. The agent "escalates to your team when it should," with replies handled from a single inbox so "the visitor never leaves the chat."

On data handling, Fabrile states it will "never train on your content, resell it, or hand it around" and that customer conversations run on infrastructure that is "hosted in the EU" and "don't cross the Atlantic." Every answer "links back to where it came from, so replies are easy to check" — a citation-display feature, not a retained or reviewable record of agent activity. The review found no audit trail and downgraded the field to no-public-information for resting only on that citation-display claim.

No insurance, indemnity or outcome-linked payment term is published. Fabrile's pricing "start[s] free"; refunds are "full within 30 days, no questions asked" and pro-rated afterward — a cancellation term, not a settlement tied to a verified result.

Fabrile embeds with "one line to embed anywhere" and installs in "one-click for Squarespace, Shopify & Webflow." The gap between the compliance language on the page — a named ISO standard, a named EU statute — and the certification behind it is the same gap AI Dispatch's rubric is built to surface: self-declared alignment, absent the audit trail that would let a customer verify it.
