ElevenLabs Agents discloses audit logging and compliance certifications, no insurance or outcome-settlement terms

ElevenLabs' agent platform, added to AI Dispatch's index this week, publishes governance and audit-trail detail that is rare among tracked vendors, but its page discloses nothing about insurance, indemnification or outcome-based settlement -- three of the five dimensions AI Dispatch's trust-gap rubric tracks.

On governance, the company describes controls that gate agent actions before they run: "Define deterministic workflow gates and approval steps." The same page ties that mechanism to auditability: "All agent actions are logged and auditable so you can validate compliance before and after deployment."

The product page names six certifications and data-handling options: "SOC 2 Type II ISO 27001 Regional Data Residency Zero Retention Mode On-prem options ISO 42001 AIUC-1 HIPAA compliant PCI DSS Level 1." AI Dispatch's review found no certificate numbers, auditor names or report dates published alongside that list; the claims stand on the vendor's own statement.

ElevenLabs says its agents are already in wide production use -- "4M+ agents deployed and delivering results" -- and lists Twilio, The Walt Disney Studios, KPN, TVS Motor, Telus and Cisco among its customers by logo. The platform is model-agnostic: "ElevenAgents supports ElevenLabs-hosted LLMs and customer-hosted models."

Pricing includes a free tier -- "15 minutes included for free" -- and an enterprise tier adding "SLA, SSO, and enterprise access controls" plus "Forward Deployed Engineers." Neither the SLA terms nor any pricing tied to outcomes is specified. A product demonstration on the page shows a guardrail intercepting an out-of-scope request, labeled "Request blocked by guardrail."

On the remaining trust-gap dimensions, the page is silent: no insurance carrier, coverage limit or indemnification is named, and no settlement mechanism ties payment to verified outcomes.
