Era has become the first personal finance connector listed in Anthropic’s Claude Directory, expanding the Model Context Protocol ecosystem into consumer financial services, according to Yahoo Finance Canada.
The integration means Era’s personal finance tools are now accessible through Claude and all other MCP-compatible AI agents, allowing users to connect their financial data to AI assistants for budgeting, account management and financial planning tasks.
Era’s listing is the first in the personal finance category of the MCP ecosystem, which Anthropic introduced as an open standard for connecting AI models to external data sources and tools.
