AI security vendor Vorim pairs runtime governance and tamper-evident logging with no insurance disclosure

Vorim AI markets permission controls and an audit trail for regulated industries. Its site publishes nothing on insurance, liability caps or dispute resolution.

Vorim AI, an infrastructure vendor marketed for regulated industries, discloses runtime governance controls and a tamper-evident audit trail but publishes no information on insurance, liability caps, indemnification or dispute resolution, according to AI Dispatch's index of AI agent and assurance vendors.

The company's platform checks "every sensitive action before it runs," returning an allow, deny or escalate decision against live policy, with high-risk actions "routed to a human approval queue," according to Vorim's website. Actions are written to what the company calls "a signed, hash-linked, tamper-evident trail."

Vorim structures access into seven permission tiers -- read, write, execute, transact, communicate, delegate and elevate -- "each with time windows, rate limits, and conditional constraints," the site states. The company markets itself as "AI infrastructure for regulated industries" and says customers can "export tamper-evident bundles for SOC 2, AI governance frameworks, the EU AI Act, or any third-party review."

Vorim lists Finfindr, Kent AI, NineLayer, Audiomob, ToneIQ and DeepIDV among the companies it says it works with, describing them as "teams building with AI agents" that trust the platform.

That combination -- documented runtime controls, a described audit mechanism and named compliance frameworks -- places Vorim among a minority of vendors in AI Dispatch's index that disclose verifiable governance and audit detail rather than marketing language alone.

The same review found no public information on Vorim's site addressing whether the company offers insurance, caps its liability, indemnifies customers, discloses coverage limits or publishes a dispute process. Those are among the assurance-specific fields AI Dispatch tracks separately from governance and audit claims, on the premise that controlling and logging an agent's actions is a different guarantee than compensating a customer when one goes wrong. For Vorim, as for most vendors in the index so far, that guarantee is undocumented.
