AI email agent vendor Virtualworkforce.ai claims ISO 9001, 27001 and NIS2 certification without published audit

Virtualworkforce.ai, which sells AI agents that draft email replies, process documents and enter data into ERP systems directly from Outlook or Gmail, states on its site that "Virtualworkforce.ai is ISO9001, 27001 and NIS2 certified," according to the company's published materials reviewed by AI Dispatch. The page does not publish a certificate, auditor name, certification scope or audit date for any of the three.

The company separately states its product is "built in compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 27001" — a claim made on the vendor's own page rather than through an independently published attestation.

Its agents "draft replies, process documents and enter data into your ERP or business systems, directly from Outlook or Gmail," the company says, and customers can run "multiple AI Agents for different workflows or teams." The product "connects with your CRM, ERP, ticketing systems, and internal databases via APIs."

By default, Virtualworkforce.ai says, "the AI only creates drafts—you remain in full control," leaving a human to approve outbound messages and system writes before they take effect. The company also states "all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is never used to train external models, and access to your email or systems is tightly permissioned and revocable at any time."

The vendor does not publish liability insurance information, an indemnification clause, incident-reporting terms, or a dispute process for customers affected by an agent's actions, according to the page reviewed.

ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and the EU's NIS2 directive each require a documented audit that a certified organization can typically produce for a customer or regulator on request. None of the three appear on the page reviewed.
