AI video-generation aggregator VideoWeb AI joins index disclosing no governance, audit or insurance evidence

VideoWeb AI, a video- and image-generation platform that routes user requests to multiple third-party AI models, was added to AI Dispatch's index this week with no evidence on any of the five dimensions of the index's trust-gap rubric: runtime governance, audit trail, compliance, outcome-based settlement, or insurance and indemnity.

The service markets itself as a "Free Ultimate AI Video Suite for Marketers & Creators," according to its site, and does not build its own generation models. Instead, it aggregates access to others: "powered by leading AI models including Kling AI, Runway, Luma AI, and Hailuo AI, all in one platform," the site states, adding that users can "Leverage Nano Banana AI, Seedream AI, and other advanced models for rapid and precise image generation."

Pricing is tiered, with a free entry point and a paid subscription. The site lists "Free $ 0 Check In" alongside "Monthly - Professional $ 49.99 / Month" for credit-based generation. On data handling, the company states: "Your privacy is our priority—we ensure that no data is collected from your uploaded or created content."

Beyond pricing and that privacy statement, AI Dispatch's review found no published information on any of the 46 remaining fields it tracks for the entity, including whether VideoWeb AI conducts safety evaluations, discloses incidents, publishes a model card for its aggregated outputs, or carries any insurance covering the AI systems it resells access to.

Because VideoWeb AI does not develop the underlying models, responsibility for evaluation and safety disclosure may sit with Kling AI, Runway, Luma AI and the other providers it aggregates — none of which is addressed on VideoWeb AI's own site.
