Three AI tools added to index this week disclose no audit trail, compliance certification or insurance terms

Three AI products entered AI Dispatch's index in the past 24 hours: a video generator, a small-business AI assistant and a free developer-tools site. None discloses audit-trail practices, compliance certifications or insurance terms, and only one makes any public statement about runtime governance.

Kling O1 Video Generator sells access to AI video generation on a credit-based subscription: "Generate Video ( 10 Credits )," with a "Pro $9.9 /month" tier that adds "Priority support." Its site carries no information on data handling, human oversight, safety evaluations, audit trail, compliance certifications, or insurance and indemnification.

OwlAI, marketed as an "AI Assistant for Small Businesses," is the only one of the three to make a governance claim, stating the assistant "Stays within your guidelines" -- a general assurance with no enforcement mechanism, audit log or third-party evaluation described. The company says the assistant is built on OpenAI models -- "Transform Your Business Today with OpenAI and OwlAI" -- and trained on the customer's own material: "Business-Specific Knowledge Trained on your products, services, pricing, and policies." It offers a 30-day free trial: "First 30 days free!" No compliance certification, audit-trail or insurance information is published.

DevUtilX presents itself as a free utility site rather than an agent: "100+ Free Online Developer Tools." AI Dispatch's review found no published information on any of the trust-gap dimensions it tracks for the entity, including runtime governance, audit trail, compliance, outcome-based settlement or insurance.
