DeepOpinion rebrands as Otera, keeps insurance and finance workflow-automation product, discloses no insurance terms of its own
The enterprise AI-agent vendor is now presented entirely under a new name on its own site. The underlying product, and its lack of published insurance or liability terms, is unchanged.
Enterprise AI-agent vendor DeepOpinion has rebranded as Otera, according to its own website, which now presents the company entirely under the new name. The page title reads: "Otera | Autonomous AI Agents for Enterprise Operations previously DeepOpinion."
The underlying product is unchanged: a multi-agent platform that automates end-to-end enterprise workflows in insurance, finance and governance. The company says its "multi-agent reasoning architecture was purpose-built to execute entire workflows with 90%+ straight-through processing (STP), even in highly regulated industries."
Otera says it processes more than 600,000 cases a year, and that the volume "are now processed in a matter of seconds -- if it had been 6 million, that would have been exactly the same thing." The company operates in "core operations in insurance, finance, and governance that involve complex validation checks, approval workflows, and audit trail maintenance."
On governance, Otera says customers keep "full oversight from a single control interface, with AI guardrails and decision-level audit trails," made possible by "Field-Level Confidence Scoring and Full Audit Trails."
The company states it holds "SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, HIPAA, and EU AI Act certifications." These are self-declared; no certificate is published on the site AI Dispatch reviewed.
Otera says it is "trusted by leading Fortune 500 companies" but names no customer in that statement.
On AI Dispatch's five-dimension trust-gap rubric, Otera discloses an audit-trail mechanism and a human-oversight interface. It publishes no insurance coverage, indemnification terms, liability cap, service-level commitment or outcome-linked payment structure for its own product -- each of those fields returned no public information in AI Dispatch's review of the company's published material.
