A fuller extraction of the AI policy-review vendor MyPolicyReview.ai's own site turns up an audit-trail feature this outlet's Sept. 11 article, drawn from an earlier pass over the same page, reported as absent: a lender-facing "Compliance dashboard with audit export," per the company's site. The finding narrows, but does not close, a gap this outlet's trust-gap rubric tracks across the AI-agent industry.

The feature is scoped to lenders rather than the general policyholder audience the earlier article covered. Access to that side of the platform follows role-based permissions -- "Principal, producer, CSR, and read-only seats with the right permissions," the site states -- a structure aimed at brokerage teams rather than individual consumers.

The vendor continues to draw a firm line around what its AI output is not: users must acknowledge "this is AI-generated analysis only (not professional insurance advice)" before proceeding, and the site states that "coverage is governed by the policy wording issued by your carrier." Summaries stay "Grounded in your documents," the company says, producing "a plain-English breakdown of coverages, limits, deductibles, exclusions, and red flags" without recommending coverage on their own.

The product also exposes itself directly to other software: "Autonomous agents can discover our API via MCP & OpenAPI, analyze policies, evaluate ROI, and upgrade plans — all programmatically," per the site -- machine-to-machine access alongside its human-facing summaries. Two customer segments beyond individual policyholders are named on the page: brokers, invited to "manage your clients' policies, spot coverage gaps before renewals, and receive qualified leads," and property managers, who can "Track tenant & vendor insurance compliance" across a portfolio. Uploaded documents persist for a 30-day free trial before auto-deleting, unless a customer upgrades to a paid tier that retains them permanently.

Still not published on the page reviewed: compliance certification, insurance coverage of the vendor's own service, a liability cap, indemnification terms or third-party evaluation of its analysis -- the same absences AI Dispatch's Sept. 11 article found, minus the audit trail now on record.
