Finance agent Jupid holds a SOC 2 Type II certification examined by an independent CPA firm; pricing and insurance terms are unpublished
The AI transaction-categorization agent says an outside accounting firm tested how its controls actually operated over a six-month period, not just how they were designed, and enforces role-based, multi-factor-gated internal access. Its site names no pricing model, insurance or indemnity terms.
Jupid, an AI agent marketed for finance teams that categorizes and audits company transactions, targets small-business owners and financial institutions by name: "For Business Owners Freelancers & Contractors LLC Owners Startup Founders Accounting Firms For Financial Institutions Credit Unions Community Banks." Its homepage displays a worked example of the product in use: a $14.99 charge from Figma, tagged with a reference number and routed for tax-treatment review. "F Figma figma.com/team/jupid Reference TXN-0115-4821 Amount $14.99 Date Jan 15, 2026 Category Analyzing… Tax Treatment Analyzing… Vendor Figma, Inc. Company Context Design tool used by your team," the page shows, illustrating how the product attaches an audit reference to each transaction it processes.
On its security page, Jupid says its controls were tested for effectiveness over time rather than only reviewed on paper: "An independent CPA firm examined not just the design of our security controls, but how effectively they operated over a six-month period." The company states the result outright: "Jupid is SOC 2 Type II certified."
Internally, access follows a role-based model gated by multi-factor authentication: "Role-based access on least-privilege principles, with multi-factor authentication enforced across internal systems." The company also describes standing incident-response infrastructure: "Infrastructure and application activity is logged and monitored, with alerting and a documented incident response process."
That SOC 2 audit and the transaction-level reference shown on the homepage cover Jupid's own security posture and its product's record-keeping. They do not extend to run-time limits on what the agent itself is authorized to do or to a stated regulatory framework: Jupid's homepage and security page, reviewed by AI Dispatch, name no run-time governance controls, no AI-specific regulatory alignment, no pricing model, and no insurance policy, coverage limit, indemnity provision or underwriting carrier of any kind.
