AI platform DeepOpinion processes 600,000 regulated cases a year, discloses no insurance or liability terms of its own

The vendor cites SOC 2, ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance for automating insurance claims and loans. Its own coverage, indemnity and dispute-resolution terms are not published.

DeepOpinion, an enterprise AI platform whose homepage now brands its product "Otera," says it processes more than 600,000 regulated business cases a year with no added cost as volume rises, according to the company's website. The platform automates workflows including insurance claims, loan processing and policy administration, the company says.

"600,000 annual cases are now processed in a matter of seconds — if it had been 6 million, that would have been exactly the same thing," the company states on its site.

DeepOpinion says its multi-agent architecture was "purpose-built to execute entire workflows with 90%+ straight-through processing (STP), even in highly regulated industries." The company names insurance, finance and governance as core sectors, citing "complex validation checks, approval workflows, and audit trail maintenance."

On compliance, the company states it holds "SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, HIPAA, and EU AI Act certifications." No certificate, auditor name or report date is published on the page reviewed, so the claim is recorded as self-declared rather than independently verified.

The company also points to human review built into the product: "Keep full oversight from a single control interface, with AI guardrails and decision-level audit trails," and describes the system as offering "Full Audit Trails" paired with "Field-Level Confidence Scoring."

What is not published is any information about what happens if the AI gets a regulated decision wrong. AI Dispatch found no public information on DeepOpinion's pages for insurance availability, named carriers, coverage limits, indemnification, liability caps or a dispute process for its own service — five of the categories AI Dispatch tracks under its trust-gap rubric at aidispatch.news/methodology.

That gap sits next to a platform explicitly marketed for insurance claims and loan decisions — high-risk domains where an erroneous automated determination carries direct financial consequences for the people on the other end of it. AI Dispatch has found the same pattern — governance and compliance claims made freely, insurance and liability terms published rarely — repeatedly across vendors serving regulated industries. All statements above are drawn from the vendor's own published material.
