Productivity platform Cloudairy drops 'ISO 27001 certified' claim from its site; badge list remains unexplained

A certification sentence present on Cloudairy's homepage in August is gone by September; the page now lists 'ISO 27001' only as an unlabeled badge, with no certificate, auditor or date published.

Cloudairy, an AI productivity platform, removed an explicit security-certification claim from its homepage sometime between Aug. 1 and Sept. 24, according to two archived captures of cloudairy.com in the aidispatch.news evidence index.

The Aug. 1 capture read: "Our Information Security Management System is ISO 27001 certified." That sentence does not appear in the Sept. 24 capture. In its place, the current homepage lists four items on a single line — "SOC 2 Type II · GDPR · ISO 27001 · Penetration tested annually" — with no certificate, auditor's name, report type or assessment date attached to any of them.

The company's audit-logging claim is similarly brief. The Sept. 24 capture lists "Audit logs and advanced data controls" as an enterprise-plan feature, with no description of retention periods, scope or tamper-evidence.

On data protection, Cloudairy states: "We comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and extend it to all our customers even those outside of the EU." No supervisory authority, certificate or third-party audit is named alongside the claim.

A full-text search of the Sept. 24 capture — 17,832 characters of page text — found zero occurrences of "insurance," "indemn" or "warrant." The site does not address what happens, financially, if one of its agents errs.

The gap matters most for enterprise buyers evaluating Cloudairy for workflows touching regulated data. Under aidispatch.news's assurance rubric, Cloudairy's compliance and audit-trail claims rest on self-reported statements rather than named third-party verification, and insurance or outcome-based payment terms go unaddressed entirely. A buyer relying on the badge row alone would need to contact Cloudairy directly to confirm whether the ISO 27001 certification still holds.
