Task-delegation agent Agentda logs a full decision history per task and requires confirmation before acting; publishes no compliance certification, insurance term or spend limit

Agentda, a task-delegation tool built to work inside Claude and other Model Context Protocol clients, keeps a timestamped record of who acted on each task and requires a person to approve any task it proposes before it is created, according to the company's site.

"Every task carries its complete history: who decided, commented, delegated what — and when," the company states, describing a record attached to every item it manages. The tool can suggest new tasks on its own but stops short of creating them unilaterally, according to the site, which says Agentda "never creates one without your confirmation."

The product targets people already working inside Claude. Its marketing addresses "solo operators" who "already live in Claude," alongside teams that delegate work through the same interface. It connects to Claude through MCP and to Slack, Microsoft Teams and Zulip through webhooks, reaching people outside those systems by email; more broadly, the company says it works with "anything that speaks MCP: Claude (Code, Desktop, claude.ai) and other MCP clients."

Task data and its history are stored in Postgres hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the European Union, according to the site. Pricing is free for a single user; teams pay "€5 per user / month, billed yearly, plus VAT," after a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, the company says.
